Tikoos is committed to protecting the personal information of all residents, owners, tenants, security guards and admins who use our platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

3. Phone visibility

By default your phone number is visible only to (a) yourself, (b) admin & treasurer of your society, (c) co-residents in the same flat. To show it to everyone in your society, enable "Show my phone publicly" in Profile → Settings → Privacy & Visibility.

4. Block / Hide / Report

Tap the 3-dot menu on any resident's profile to Hide their posts (one-way), Block them (two-way invisible) or Report abusive behaviour. Reports go to the Super Admin for review and may result in account deactivation.

Tikoos is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tikoos.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of Tikoos after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
